Struggling actor, Jon Barrett- Ingels claimed he got fired for tweeting about an actress he served. Jon is a waiter in Hollywood. Barrett-Ingels tweeted actress Jane Adams left without paying her bill. Her agent paid two days later, but left no tip. Barrett-Ingels sent out a tweet about the incident. Adams heard about the tweet and came into the restaurant two days later to bring a tip. However Barrett-Ingels claims Adams called the restaurant two weeks later and got him fired. Barrett 31, worked at Barney Greengrass. He said he was surprised Adams knew about it since he only has 25 followers on Twitter.
You never know where your email or tweet ends up after you press the send button. So be careful what you write about and where you send it or you just might end up like Jon Barrett-Ingels
