Office Depot is jumping on the bandwagon with companies like NY Waterway and Hyundai to help make life just a little easier for unemployed citizens who are experiencing the brunt of the recession.  As FedEx did several weeks back, Office Depot has announced that they too are promoting a special deal where they will print free copies of customers’ resumes.

They are one-upping their competitor’s one-day deal idea by prolonging their promotion for over a month.   Until May 30, any customer can walk into an Office Depot store and get 25 single-sided copies of their resume printed.  In addition, you can have that resume faxed to 5 domestic fax numbers for free!

There is a fee for colored or premium papers. (I would advise staying away from colors.  Pretty as they may be, it’s unprofessional more times than not.)  Either way, congrats to Office Depot for their services!

Check out the official press release here.
