Worried about what the sweetest holiday of the year will do to your diet? In the words of the great Weird Al Yankovic - Just Eat It.

Oh, stop throwing mental barbs already! Low carb, low fat, low glycemic, how low can you go? I would never advocate throwing your scale in the trash can or flipping off your dietician, but just begin the day by taking a deep breat - and a glass of ice water - and relaxing a bit.

There are plenty of ways to indulge yourself without leaping off the nearest weight-loss cliff:

Low carb? Try a super dark chocolate bar. Less sugar, more of what you really crave.

Low fat? Same thing. Check the quantity, and go for the best quality.

Low anything else? Same advice.

Just relax. You can haul that bag of leftover nastiness to the office Monday anyway, so stick it in the closet until then. It's not that scary.
