Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth is expected to make a plea bargain deal on the two charges of misdemeanor traffic violations on which a Tennessee grand jury indicted him this past March.

Redskins Insider is reporting Haynesworth’s hearing is scheduled for today at 9AM. The case was originally scheduled for July 21, just nine days before the start of training camp.

Can’t have that $41 million in guaranteed money sitting in a Tennessee docket when camp opens!

More on the final disposition of the case as information becomes available.
