With the near silence of the early July wait for training camp to start, Redskins’ fans start to get anxious for the NFL to get back into gear. To quell that anxiousness many of us stroll down memory lane to bygone eras of Redskins history. I should know as I just finished a four part series on the integration of the Redskins.
Well, just in time for us in the midst of Burgundy and Gold nostalgia, my friend Rich Tandler, Redskins blogger emeritus, is diligently putting the finishing touches on his new book The Redskins Chronicle. Redskins Chronicle is an update and expansion on his first book The Redskins from A to Z.
Rich has updated the game accounts through 2008 and added in-between games and in-between seasons feature to give readers, “a better picture of the history of the team.”
So head on over to the website, capitalize on pre-publication specials, and enjoy your time in Redskins history, because training camp opens in 23 days.
Rich is constantly updating the status of Redskins Chronicle on Twitter @RealRedskins.
