Trouble is, like so many business decisions over there, it's half-assed. He won't allow the satellite service's biggest draws, Stern and baseball. Stern is supposedly too adult (he can't afford any legal problems, especially when he's going to have to raise rates and cover the increasing music royalty charges that all of radio is suffering.) Baseball reportedly has a contract that forbids anything but radios or computers to broadcast it.
Many think Stern will end up back on commercial airwaves when he can't be paid his Titanic fees.
