Amidst all the confusion in Congress the Democrat's managed to finalize a budget for the year. I just received an email from the House Majority Office confirming the passage of Senate Bill 259. It will not include any money from Pinnacol.
All of the members of congress quoted say it was a bi-partisan effort that trimmed the fat off other government programs to make up the difference. It looks like the Democrats attempt to imitate Somali pirates and raid the Pinnacoll vessel didn't turn out to be that big of a misfire. Stay tuned...
