Like the scraggly lines undulating across the TV screen, our minds sometimes go noisily blank. It's times like those when we examine the word "fork," and marvel at its awkwardness; or when we can't remember how to spell something that was a spelling word in first grade.

Of course these occasions get more complex, like when we can't remember actors' names or random trivia that is useless but matters in the short-run social world.

For all of these times and more, ChaCha.

A few close friends have been using ChaCha for quite sometime --usually to ask silly questions for the sake of entertainment value-- It's a mobile system that lets you text a question to "ChaCha" (or 242242) with an answer guaranteed back on its way.

The Web site serves as registration grounds and FAQ e-brochure-- the real magic happens on your cell phone.

So the next time curiosity attempts homicide, remember that it's all at your fingertips.

More info: ChaCha is also hiring and taking interns :).
