Reeling Chicago- The Chicago GLBT Film Festival, which is in its 27th Year - and the second oldest GLBT Film Festival, is hosting a special membership event this coming Friday at Chicago Film Makers in Andersonville.
Enjoy drinks, appetizers and a special sneak preview of Reeling 27, which will then be followed by an exclusive screening of the Academy Award-winning classic film: "The Times of Harvey Milk."
This screening is being held in honor the the film's 25th Anniversary (yes, it was released in 1984 if you can believe that) and also in anticipation of the upcoming release of the new Gus van Sant film "Milk," starring Sean Penn, Victor Garber and Josh Brolin as well as Emile Hirsch and James Franco.
If you are an existing Reeling member or choose to become a new member during this event, you will recieve a complimentary gift as well as a chance to win exciting Reeling prizes.
When I was at the Pridefest earlier this summer I spun the wheel at the Reeling booth and won two tickets to go see any show when the event starts....hmmmmm, I wonder who I'll take?
