Boats rafted together in the playpen during the Chicago Scene Party.

The "playpen" is a special anchorage area north of Navy Pier and south of the northernmost breakwater of Chicago Harbor.  It is there that hundreds of boaters regularly gather every weekend to swim, drink, relax, and gaze at the skyline.
