On list of Warriors priorities, why does power forward rank so high?

Ask a Warriors fan what the team needs most and they're likely to say a point guard and/or a power forward.
I'm with you on a point guard. Far as I'm concerned the Warriors won't go anywhere until they bring in a solid point who knows how to run a team and makes the right decisions. And it's likely going to take a veteran.
As for a power forward, sure it would be nice if the Warriors could find a big-time four. But as far as priorities go, it's down the list.
The Warriors have a four right now, and his name is Anthony Randolph.
