Marco Belinelli has proven he can play point guard.
He might not be NBA-starter material at that spot, but he's certainly done enough to give coach Don Nelson the option of going to him.
When Belinelli is playing point guard, by default he's going to be a scoring one. That's not a bad thing necessarily unless he's playing alongside Jamal Crawford.
As we've seen when those two play together in the backcourt, shot selection becomes an issue.
It's mostly Crawford's fault, but if Belinelli wants to stay on the court _ and it's taken him more than a year to get on it _ then he's going to have to be a little more judicious with that jumper of his.
