As a bake shop owner, I field at least ten calls a month from people looking for wedding or specialty cake design services. Anyone whose ever worked with me knows that I have as much design capabilities as a three year old child. Thank goodness we have a wealth of excellent cake designers located right here in the Baltimore Metro area. A few of my favorites are Donna Cakes, Cakes by Katie and Sugarbakers.
Besides providing a gorgeous cake a cake designer must also provide a great tasting cake. After all the cake is meant to be eaten.
