Tips for holiday baking #2

Prepare your pie crust early and freeze them. Pie crust are so easy and inexpensive to make. I cringe every time I see people in the market buying five or six pre-made crusts at $3 a pop. Besides the pre-made crust are to dry and too sweet. You can never go wrong with homemade anything. Some of my favorite pie crusts to freeze are a basic flaky pie crust, graham cracker crust and a savory tart crust.
