In order to keep your sanity around the holidays, I suggest that you prepare for the up coming festivities sooner rather than later. Remember, festivities include parties that you are hosting, parties your friends and family are hosting, office parties, school fundraisers, etc. I have 5 surefire tips to help keep the stress monster away. Tip number one, make up and freeze your cookies now. When you need them they will be ready to go in the oven. I like to separate my dough into 12 inch logs just like Toll House. Not only are the logs convenient, but this way, whichever family member is requesting cookies can easily make them his or herself. Tip # 2 next week.
