Watch President Obama's inspiring remarks on health reform's pending vote. The House is debating health care reform today and a vote should happen soon, perhaps this evening. Democrats are confident that they will achieve the necessary 218 votes to send the legislation to the Senate, and make this historic legislation a reality.
