One of the games on display on the brand new PSP Go at E3 is Little Big Planet, which making its way to the PSP later this year.

After some brief hands-on time with the game, it's apparent the game is making an honorable jump to a handheld platform. Just like in its PS3 big brother, you control the adorable sackboy as he tries to traverse a number of obstacles in quaint, but beautiful environments. Also like in its console big brother, the PSP version of LBP will allow users create and share their own levels.

The PSP version I played today was smooth and beautiful once I got past the very long initial loading time. The load time isn't something I'm very worried about at this point as its something that usually is greatly improved before release. I'm happy to report the game plays and feels exactly like the PS3 version. It's cute, fun and is sure to take up way too much of my time.

Stay tuned for more details on this game as it gets closer to release.
