Following up on Friday's ramen report (Top ramen at Tsukushinbo on Friday), here's a video showing how visitors to the Instant Ramen Museum in Osaka, Japan can make their own cup of noodles. The music is crazy, but the process and packaging are fun. The "ingredient bar" looks interesting, reminiscent of choosing mix-ins at an ice cream place.

As budgets tighten in Seattle, we may be eating more ramen than ever before, reaching back, for some, to college days. Just a couple of brands in our traditional supermarkets, but larger Asian markets naturally have a wide variety of instant noodles. Anyone with any favorites to recommend?
