The Mobile Chowdown comes to Seattle

It's your favorite street food, all coming to one "street" for just one day.
If you live in Queen Anne or Magnolia, or can come to the area, you'll be eating good in the neighborhood at this Saturday's Mobile Chowdown. That's when some of Seattle's most popular food carts will caravan their way to an empty lot at 1616 West Bertona in Interbay. Currently scheduled to participate:
El Camion
Donte's Inferno Dogs
Gert's BBQ
Kaosamai Tahi
Marination Mobile
Maximus Minimus
Parfait
Skillet
The grub gathering goes from 11am until 3pm. My top pick: the Korean/Hawaiian taco truck known as Marination Mobile. I highly recommend the kimchi quesadillas, though you might inquire about a sampler plate.
