The alleged hit-and-run occured February 11th, wherein Ghalib allegedly struck a process server with his vehicle. The L.A distict attorney has charged Ghalib with assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit and run.

Ghalib was released without bail. A court date has not been set.

According to Yahoo!News, Spears' restraining order against the former paparazzi, ex-manager, Sam Lufti, and attorney Jon Eardley has been extended through April 1st.

The restraining order was put into place by Spears' father, Jamie, who is acting as her conservatorship. He maintains that all three men were harmful, and negatively effected his daughter's emotional health and well-being.
