Do you know who sells the best pianos in the DC Area?

Rick Jones’ showroom was a former auto body warehouse. It’s absolutely huge and filled with pianos. One baby grand has a "sold" sticker that says 'Sante Fe' on it. People buy from Rick Jones from every corner of the globe, including Europe and Asia. Best of all his store is located in our own College Park!

If your budding pianist needs an upgrade or you just want to start playing again yourself, check out Jones’ web site. You can see all the pianos currently for sale and watch a video of him actually playing each one. He rates them for sound and appearance, along with the quality of the parts inside and outside. His offer to allow you to upgrade and trade in is utilized by a majority of his customers. He sells to everyone from internationally reknowned concert pianists to families with kids just starting out.

My husband likes dealing him because there are no hidden charges. The price on the tag includes delivery, one tuning service and the cost of hauling away your old piano (if you’ve got one that’s isn’t a trade in like ours). You can also negotiate a sale of your current piano if you’re in the market to unload one. This is my best advice. Before you look on Craig’s List or go to any store, check out Rick Jones’ piano store in College Park, MD. We are really pleased with the service and the outstanding price we paid for our new piano.

Rick Jones has a fun quote on his site which really makes sense to me:

Save energy. Play the piano!

When you play the piano you need no Internet connection, no electricity and no fuel. Think of all the fun you will have and the money you will save being at home for a change and creating beautiful music. You also get the added benefit of the three vital C's when learning to play: Concentration, Coordination and Confidence
