On Thanksgiving, as we gather friends and family together to share the bounty within our hearts and lives, kids/grandkids are always an important part of the preparation and the festivities -- and they’re always curious and full of questions. Why did the Pilgrims wear those funny hats? Was Pocahontas really an Indian princess? Why do we celebrate Thanksgiving on a Thursday?
