Peeps for the wedding seem appropriate

Lamar Odom's candy habit was revealed during the Lakers playoff run this past season.

And now we know he's sweet on someone so special that Radar Online is reporting a wedding is imminent. His sweetheart is Khloe Kardashian, of the family of reality stars and sister to Kim, former girlfriend of Reggie Bush.

Sources have told the pop culture news site the date will be Sunday September 27th. A bit of a whirlwind, that's for sure. It was only a few weeks ago that Ms. Kardashian confirmed the relationship and according to all reports the couple has been inseparable.

What's the appropriate gift for the occasion if you're merely a fan of Odom's and not on the official guest list?

How about those candy hearts with cute words on them? Nah, not fun enough. I've got it, how about those scrumptious marshmallow Peeps? Sure enough they've got an entire collection for Valentine's Day that might just do the trick for Lamar on the honeymoon.

I don't know if the Lakers are accepting gifts for Lamar and Khloe but it can't hurt to send it to them and ask that they be passed along.

Obviously we all wish them well but as a sports fan I want to know how this will affect his performance on the court. The Lakers have a championship to defend and Odom just signed for another stretch run.
