For those that haven't checked out the mode of communication called "tweeting" this is your shot.
On my Twitter page you'll find alerts about breaking news, off-the-cuff remarks about sports stories of interest, links to my articles here on Examiner.com and "re-tweets" (re-publishing) from Twitter pages of some of the folks that I follow, like Jeanie Buss, George Stephanopoulos and "Pardon the Interruption" from ESPN. It's what I'm doing in between articles.
Why go to Twitter? Why not? You've heard about it and might have resisted the urge to check it out because you didn't know where to start. I'm suggesting that you start with me.
This isn't Facebook with my latest photos and extensive bio info. This is 140 characters per tweet so for all my twitchy, instant-gratification-craving friends, this is the place for you.
If you get the urge to create your own Twitter feed, you'll be able to tweet me back and send feedback about what you'd like me to write about. There's nothing better for a writer than learning what an audience really wants to read.
So give it a try. No need to stress. Just take a look at what's on my mind in between articles and oh yeah, my "Twittascope". I'm a Virgo, get over it.
