Pina Colada Pie

Easy non-alcoholic frozen dessert tastes like coconut & pineapple thanks to Cool Whip, Barcardi's Pina Colada mix, Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and a graham cracker crust. Stick a little umbrella in it and enjoy a taste of the islands!

Bacardi Frozen Pie Tips

  • Barcardi Mixers come in 10 ounce cans. You won't be needing all of this for your pie. Measure out what you need, then add the rest to your cocktail glass! Make sure to keep the Pina Colada mix frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw it first.
  • Keep the Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk chilled in the fridge and use cold.
  • If you don't have time to make your own graham cracker crust, buy a store bought crust and make life a little easier!
  • Make two pies - one for now, one for later. They freeze great!

Frozen Pina Colada Pie Recipe, non-alcoholic

  • 1 - 9 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust, baked
  • 1 - 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, thaw it first
  • 1 - 14 ounce can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated, cold
  • 3/4 cup frozen Bacardi Mixers Frozen Concentrate Non-Alcoholic Pina Colada, do not thaw
  • 8  fresh pineapple wedges for garnish
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut, optional
  • 8 of those cute little cocktail umbrellas, optional

How To Make a Non-alcoholic Pina Colada Pie

  • Fold Cool Whip and cold sweetened condensed milk together in a medium size bowl.
  • Mix in frozen Pina Colada concentrate, and blend well.
  • Working quickly, pour into prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 4 hours. Overnight is better.
  • When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap and slice into 8 pieces. Slice the fresh pineapple to make 8 wedges, and blot them dry with paper towel. Plate the pie slices, decorating each slice with a pineapple wedge, and a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Add a fun little cocktail umbrella and serve!
  • Cover and freeze any leftovers. Serves 8.
