The 2nd Story Literary Gang at the MCA

2nd Story keeps expanding into new venues and new cities. After an engagement in NYC, 2nd Story is back in the Windy City headlining the MCA's Literary Gangs of Chicago tonight. It's free and the storytelling-theater collective should put on an intimate, engaging show in the MCA's gallery-like cafe. The galleries will be open and wine, beer and such will be available. Cassie Sparkman, with equal parts gesture and wit, hosts.
"2nd Story features performance director Khanisha Foster, who is an actor, teaching artist, and member of Serendipity and Teatro Vista; performance director Julie Ganey, who is an actor, improvisor, teacher, writer, and Director of Outreach at Next Theatre; and story development team members Bobby Biedrzycki and Deb Lewis, who are both freelance writers and professors at Columbia College."
