“Buy Two-Get-A-Third-Free” tickets now on sale at various Kitsap locations

Kitsap Pumas News Release

Bremerton, Wash. – As the club steams toward its first-ever playoff appearance in its first-ever season – not to mention a possible first-ever Northwest Division title - the Kitsap Soccer Club today announced a special ticket-pricing plan that will allow fans to purchase two tickets and receive a third FREE at participating local partners’ retail locations.

Additionally, when active and retired military personnel present proper identification and purchase two tickets – they will receive two more tickets FREE.

Participating partner outlets are:

Emerald City Smoothie locations in Silverdale and Bremerton
Old Town Bistro in Silverdale
Sudz-eeze Cleaners in Bremerton (Perry and Kitsap Way locations)
R&H Market (Kitsap Way location)

Saturday’s match is the final regular-season home match for the Pumas and will be against the Abbotsford B.C. Mariners (3-7-2, 11 points). Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Bremerton Memorial HS Stadium.

Fans are encouraged to take advantage of these community ticketing programs, may purchase tickets in advance via the club website (www.kitsapsoccerclub.com) or by calling the club office to avoid lines at the stadium.

“We are expecting a big crowd Saturday night,” said team owner Robin Waite. “We’ve accomplished a lot this season already – and there is a long way to go to achieving our goal of winning the championship – but it’s important for us acknowledge the best fans in the league in as many ways as we can.”

“We’ve really tried to target highly valued items and services for the fans,” said executive director Ben Pecora. “Our partners and supporters have really come through to provide great things for the fans – and most importantly our team has done a great job to provide Kitsap with high-level soccer.”

Numbers Crunching: The club, as of today, remains only one of three unbeaten teams in the entire 68-team PDL. The Pumas are No. 1 in points (33), have allowed the fewest number of goals (8) and is the second-highest scoring team in the PDL with 34 goals. Kitsap’s whopping +26 goal differential is also the best in the league… Rookie forward Stephen Phillips has moved into seventh in the league-scoring table with 17 points (7 goals, 3 assists)… Goalkeeper Dustyn Brim continues to set the goalkeeping standard for the PDL and remains the league leader in wins (9), No. 3 in shutouts (5) and goals-against-average (.545). He has allowed only five goals during his time in the net ranking sixth in the league despite playing nearly double the minutes of the ‘keepers ahead of him in the chart.

Camps! Registration for the Kitsap Soccer Club’s youth summer camps program rages on as the club has just added programs in partnership with Poulsbo’s Zone Sportsplex.

Weeklong, team and “mini-“ camps – led by the professional Pumas players and coaches have already been held in Bremerton and Tracyton. More are scheduled for Poulsbo (The Zone), North Kitsap County, Bainbridge Island and Bremerton.

Advanced and Elite camps are also now registering. Hurry while space is still available!
