Barcelona and Liverpool were involved today in two memorable draws in Champions League play. Barca traveled to Rubin Kazan but failed to avenge an earlier 2:1 home defeat to the Russian side in a 0:0 draw. Liverpool were in France to play Lyon in a match that ended 1:1 on a 90th-minute reply from Lyon.
