The Seattle University Redhawks men are in NCAA Division One this season after a transition schedule in 2008. It's been tough going for the guys, who dropped two 1:0 matches at home over the weekend. SU lost on Friday to Sacramento State and on Sunday to San Jose State. The Redhawks are now 1-3 in the MPSF and 2-10-1 over all (W-L-D).

Ed Walugembe (Renton, Wash.) paced the Seattle University offense with eight total shots, including a blast in the 79th minute that Spartan goalie Jonathan Lester turned aside. Walugembe created another solid chance in the 81st minute, taking a shot that was blocked, but the ball landed right at the feet of Elliot Richards (Seattle, Wash.), whose shot attempt sailed high.(SU)
