Rasmussen's daily presidential tracking poll reported Obama’s approval rate at an all new low yesterday and today doesn't appear anymore hopeful for the president.
Rasmussen reports that only 30% strongly agree with the president while 38% strongly disagree, giving him an index approval rating of -8.
Overall, 51% of voters somewhat agree with him while 48% disapprove.
