North Korea is now on Twitter.   AP reports you can now follow hundreds of the agency's English-language stories under the username "kcna_dprk", acronyms for Pyongyang's state Korean Central News Agency; however, it is unlikely that the agency itself is responsible for all of the twittering since the regime probits its people, nearly all 24 million, from having Internet access.

"kcna_dprk" has more than 2,800 followers.
