Rumsfeld put Bible verse on intelligence briefings to suck up to Bush?

It was never smart politics to make our invasion of a Muslim country out to be a Christian crusade. There is something condescending, however, about Rumsfeld's use of Bible quotes to manipulate George Bush, a born again Christian.

Here is a slide show of the cover pages of the intelligence briefings given to the President from the DOD and decide for yourself how cynical Rumsfeld is being, here. Rumsfeld never struck me as a terribly religious man, but he certainly struck me as one of the most adept at inside power-plays.
