Lady Gaga, who has been very outspoken about her support for the LGBT community and has a BGF (Big Gay Following), appeared on Jay Leno tonight to perform her first single, "Bad Romance," from her new compilation album of old and new songs, The Fame Monster, which released Monday.

"Bad Romance" was at #1 on iTunes on Tuesday and The Fame Monster was outselling Adam Lambert's debut, For Your Entertainment, on iTunes and Amazon.com, although both were in the top 10.

Gaga collaborated with Lambert for one track on For Your Entertainment called "Fever" and the two will likely appear in a video for the single together.

After her performance on Leno's show, Gaga talked with the host about her childhood, her inspirations, her devotion to her fans, her naughty past in Catholic school, and being asked to perform for the Queen of England.

Gaga's performance begins at the 31:48 mark:

Gaga displayed her trademark sense of humor and revealed that the #1 rumor about her that annoys her the most is that she's from Yonkers.  "I don't seem to be able to change that on Wikipedia," she said.
