Seann, another guy, Travis and Mike

I don't usually dive in to celeb gossip, but here I will make an exception.

This weekend, there is an adventure race competition in Scotland, known as the Drambuie Pursuit (the live updates can be found on Twitter @club1745 and also www.club1745.com .

Why do we in Colorado care? Because two hometown chaps are on Captain Stifler's team, that's why. They might even win, given a little team effort. They are up against some fierce competition from around the world though, including a couple of insane rugby types from the New Zealand All Blacks.

Travis Stone and Mike Leuteneker are off to the Scottish Isles to compete with Seann and a friend of his as a four man team in a race consisting of ten events and covering 100 miles, all sponsored by Drambuie. It seams intense and draining and really fun. Did I mention I was supposed to be on that team? Ah well. If not me then I am glad to have my blokes representing our great state.

UPDATE: So our intrepid friends did not win said race. From what we hear, Captain Scott is not living up to his health magazine cover. Chain smokers who don't exercise tend not to make good adventure racers. Blast!
