A quick example of wonderful news for New Mexico that could easily occur in Colorado under the right conditions.
Pay particular attention to the last paragraph:
"More than 120 films and television series have been shot in the state since 2003 when Gov. Bill Richardson took office and began marketing the state’s film incentives aggressively. The productions have brought about $2.5 billion to New Mexico’s economy, according to the state Film Office."
