
This Friday, June 26th, you can support the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy by purchasing tickets to their Second Annual Date Auction Fundraiser and Concert. This year’s event will be held at the City Tavern Club, located at 3206 M St NW. Purchased ahead of time, tickets are just $40.00.
The organization’s Affairs of State party will feature the band SICK FEED; while holding a Silent Auction for lunches with foreign policy experts, as well as Dr. Harold Brown, 14th United States Secretary of Defense, Steve Clemons, director of the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation and author of The Washington Note, Carla A. Hills, former U.S. Trade Representative and Chairman and CEO of Hills & Co., and Ambassador Thomas R. Pickering, former U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs.
Restaurant’s sponsoring the event include Cafe Milano, The Rookery, The Palm, The Prime Rib, Tabard Inn, Tallula, the Four Seasons, The Front Page, Cafe Meze, Darlington House, Tony & Joe's Seafood Place, Nick's Riverside Grille, Cabana's, and more!
With an open bar from 9:00-10:00pm, and additional drink specials throughout the evening, the proceeds from this event will go to support the Veteran’s Assistance Program, In The Classroom, and the Refugee Assistance Program; all of with the YPFP supports.
