We went super-duper easy. Beer Bread from Archer Farms (Target). Hands-on time is about 60 seconds, baking time is under an hour.

This beer bread is crusty on the outside, warm and chewy on the inside. Serve it with butter, or you can make a quick dip of 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonaise blended with herbs and seasonings. Let the dip sit for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors soak in.

This is a great, last-minute Easter dish for all you procrastinators! Enjoy.

Our potluck offering -- bread!
Beer bread is a quick, delicious treat for a party or dinner.
