I just got done reading a chapter in my Psychology book about the effects of stress.  Oh people, what stress does to you is awful. Read more here.

In non-clinical language, it attacks so many systems in your body...systems which fight disease.  Stress is a killer! It causes illness and shortens your life.  

As a reminder to take a "mini-vacation" every day, watch this video of the monkeys in Japan. They've got the right idea!  If you need more ideas for relieving stress click here.
