HIGH FIVE!

Here's the gossip:

1. iO Owner Charna Halpern has been shopping around a finished script about the life and times of her infamous partner Del Close. Word has it that HBO Films wants to develop it and Charna's looking to iO Alum Jon Favreau to direct.

2. Jameelah Shelo has been hired by The Colbert Report. She's the 7th iO Alum, including Colbert, to be on the show. The others are Tom Purcell, Peter Gwinn, Peter Grosz, Laura Krafft, Allison Silverman, and Mike Brumm.

3. The irrepressibly gorgeous Christina Gausas, fresh off a '30 Rock' appearance, is making another cameo on a new show!

4. Amy Poehler's 'Parks and Recreation' will be back for a SECOND SEASON!

5. Bruce Jarchow is talking with Charna Halpern about putting an old Second City Cast including Tim Kazurinsky, Meagen Fay, Jim Belushi, Danny Breen, Jim Stahl, and Bruce's own wife Nancy, together for a late night show at iO Chicago.
