Cuff links, $130

If you're attending a fabulous party tonight (you lucky duck) in D.C. for the Inauguration, plan to dress to impress and look your best.

For those of you who could use a little help in that department, Nordstrom wants to help you out. Today from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., two Nordstrom locations will offer free curbside services: bow-tying and last-minute style tips for men heading to inaugural balls, and cosmetics touch-ups and emergency accessories purchases for women. 8075 Tysons Corner Center, McLean, 703-761-1121; 1400 S. Hayes St., Arlington, 703-415-1121.

P.S.: Try these Trolley token cuff links, from Apres Peau (1430 K St. NW, 202-783-0022) with your suit. They will definitely get a conversation starting at the party.
