True Blood, the HBO series that centers on the love story between a vampire, Bill (Stephen Moyer), and Sookie (Anna Paquin), a waitress who can read people's minds started its second season tonight. This show has also been referred to as an 'adult' version of Twilight. .jpg)
Paquin, 26, reveals in an interview that she and costar Stephen Moyer, 38, had “an instant connection” and are a couple in real life and have moved in together. The sex scenes between them were pure chemistry, and now it is understandable why it was so intense and captivating. The end of this first episode has another steamy scene between the two.
For those that followed season one and patiently waited to know if the dead body in the car was Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) - well thank goodness it was not him. He is still alive but not well since he is held captive by one of the vampire leaders.
Jason (Ryan Kwanten) is busy joining the fellowship to be saved, while Tara (Rutina Wesley) is finding new love with Eggs (Mehcad Brooks). Sam's (Sam Trammell) memories are showing us his connection with the mysterious Maryann (Michelle Forbes).
To sum up the first episode of season two in one word, it would be FANGTASTIC!
Trivia: Anna Paquin received an Oscar for her performance in The Piano (1993) and is the second youngest Oscar winner ever.
