When will people get it that it is a complete waste of time to start new blogs and online zines, especially anything that has to do with the fully saturated celebrity and entertainment market?
Publish it--and they won't come.
More to the point, when will would-be writers snap to the fact that intern = unpaid employee in enterprise doomed to failure?
So sad.

This is an intern /No pay position
We are looking for talented, ambitious writers and bloggers who are looking for more experience and exposure.
We are a new print and online magazine who covers celebrities of all sorts. From movies, TV shows, reality TV, Sports, business....we cover people in a POSITIVE forum.
Though we are on a tight budget, we have payed for projects but also looking for people that are willing to grow with our publication.
