The candidate must possess strong reporting, presentation and organizational skills. Responsibilities will include direct client contact; providing account and market information; maintaining files and preparing correspondence and documents for Financial Advisors and Clients and forwarding account documentation and compliance filings to the home office on a daily basis. Ideal candidates will have an acute attention to detail and be adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing work projects.
Applicants must possess a Series 7 and Series 63 license, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Advant as well as an understanding of private client services in an absolutely professional environment.
