The AP has broken a story regarding Obama's probably nominee for Justice Souter's replacement.  If nominated and confirmed, Federal Appeals Court Judge Sonia Sotomayor of New York would be the first Hispanic to serve on the Court.

Obama has not made an official announcement regarding his decision.
