Colorado native, Gino Velardi, has wanted to be a fashion designer since childhood. A self-taught talent, Velardi's style focuses on "high-end clothing made from luxurious fabrics, elegant designs and obviously fearless sexuality!" This Friday, November 13th, 2009 don't miss Gino Velardi's return to the runway in almost three years* as he premieres his latest collection to a large audience at Invesco Field at Mile High.

Part of the proceeds will benefit Dress for Success Denver. [Dress for Success strives to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.]

Hair and makeup will be by Charlie Price's Click Salon.

Patrick Emerine Band
and DJK2 will provide entertainment.

Runway features 100 designs, 25 models with 4 changes each

Free parking and free coat check.

7:00 PM  Doors open for check-in, pre-show reception and mingling
8:00-8:15 PM  Fashion Show seating
10:00 PM  After Party at INVESCO with the Designer
12:00 AM  AFTER After Party at Wicked Garden -1403 Larimer St., Denver, CO 80202

*A few years ago, Velardi's dream of being a high-level designer was nearly shattered when he suffered a stroke followed by threatening health issues that left him uncertain about his future. However, this uncertainty fueled his desire and he overcame the odds by persevering and diving head-first back into fashion design!
