A 25-year-old man in the UK died suddenly while playing Wii Fit with his girlfriend.  Tim Eves, an active and healthy man, was a scout leader and drummer in a rock band (a real one, not the game).

Mr. Eves had just gotten off the phone with his mother and was jogging in place on the Wii Balance Board when he just slumped over.  His girlfriend, Emma Tuck, and another friend, Lewis Hickin, immediately rushed to him and tried to revive him.  When unsuccessful, they called for an ambulance.

Mr. Eves was pronounced dead on arrival by the paramedics.  The cause of death is still to be determined, but the family has been told he was killed by Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (which is also a way of saying that they don't know).
