Colorado beer lovers, get ready for one heck of a great weekend! 

This line-up for brewlicious fun is not to be missed during the July 19th - 20th weekend.  Here's a preview of the beer filled events around Denver and the nearby towns in Colorado!

Breckenridge Beer Festival

Breckenridge Beer Festival July 19Come up to Breckenridge this Saturday, July 19th from 2-6pm for the twice annual Breckenridge Beer Festival at the Main Street Station in Breckenridge.  Treat yourself to some fun in the mountain sun.  Live music, great food and beer from over 17 different breweries and microbreweries!  For $30 fest goers will get an unlimited tasting mug and a chance to listen to groups like: The New Mastersounds, Whitewater Ramble, and Universally Famous Rocket Surgeons.  Sample brews from: Alaskan Brewing Co., Aspen Brewing Co., Avery Brewing Co., Backcountry Brewery, Boston Beer Company, Breckenridge Brewery, Bristol Brewery, Flying Dog Brewery, Grand Teton Brewing Co., Great Divide Brewing Co., Kona, Left Hand Brewery, New Belgium Brewery, Odell Brewing Co., Oskar Blues Brewery, Palisade Brewery, Paulaner, Pilsner Urquell, Pug Ryan's, Ska Brewing Co., Steamworks Brewing Co., Stone Brewing Co., and Wolf Rock Brewing Co.  With a beer line-up like that you don't want to miss out!  Visit the official web site for last minute details.   This is the biggest Colorado brew fest this weekend!

 

Mile High Music Festival

Mile High Music Festival July 19-20This is being billed as the biggest music festival in Colorado in recent years and it's just 9 miles from downtown Denver.  All this weekend, Saturday and Sunday July 19th and 20th, over 44 bands covering 5 live stages will fill you with music all weekend long.  Top bands like: Dave Matthews Band, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, John Mayer, Steve Winwood, The Black Crowes and dozens more will play non-stop.  This is one music festival that will be hard to top.   Anheuser (InBev) Busch will be sponsoring the beer booths. Grab a beer or two, some friends and come listen to some of the best bands out there both headliner and local groups.  Some of Denver's best restaurants will be there with tempting food booths scattered all over the event area.   An artistian village will also be set up with unique arts and crafts for you to buy and enjoy.  All-day passes are available for either 1 day or 2 days.  Come prepared to spend the entire day at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City for this mega-event.  Bands play from 11am to 1am each day!  Visit the official event website for details and ticket info.  Better bring some sun-block and your shades!

 

Hops for Habitat

Want to help out the environment by drinking some great beer?  The Plains Conservation Center in Aurora, Colorado is hosting Hops for Habitat from 5pm to 8pm this Saturday, July 19th.  Come sample a great variety of microbrews and feast on some tasty calzones.  Listen to live music and take a relaxing wagon ride into the prairie.  It's all to help out the environment.  The Plains Conservation Center is located at 21901 East Hampden Avenue in Aurora.  Visit their website to sign-up for this event.

 

Greeley Downtown Friday Fest FAC

Every Friday afternoon and evening through July 25th, downtown Greeley is sponsoring their Friday Fest FAC on the 9th Street Plaza (9th Street and 9th Avenue).  A huge multi-block beer garden will be set up.  Enjoy some fresh beer, enjoy free music and taste some great food and several of the downtown restaurants.  Three separate locations with music.  Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy a nice time from 4-7pm this Saturday July 19th.  Plenty of activities for the kids too.  Visit the Downtown Greeley website for more details.
