Because I keep running into talented people at every turn here in Nashville, it's no wonder that the Play it Again Jam would be one of the places mentioned quite a bit here in my posts, since I visit there so regularly. It was there that I recently met Chip Curley, curator of Nashville Websites, who has been coming around the jam for a number of months now, with his camera at the ready. And believe me, he knows how to use it.
Curley, a life-long resident of Nashville and 1969 graduate of Hillsboro High School, operates a huge website which musicians have been going to for years. The site has links to over 5000 photos of Nashville in hundreds of categories, collections of videos--including Nashville Rock Combos of the 50's, 60's & 70's--on YouTube, a detailed Nashville community calendar and much more.
Other than his own website, updated regularly with photos, videos and links, Curley can be found on Classmates, MySpace, Facebook, YouTube and quite a number of other places including the Nashville Photography Meetup Group.
So, if you care to take a stroll down 'Memory Lane' or just want to know what's going on here in Music City this week, click on the link to Chip Curley's Nashville Websites and have yourself a big time!
