Romans 6:22-23 (King James Version):
22But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
23For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Sin, also a hidden disease in itself, has its many disadvantages. There's nothing good about living therewith, being separated from God. For sin also brings about disease, with more in the making, upon anyone who continues to believe they can be "Good without God." And while some are spared for the moment, others have fallen victim.
So, it's not about how good one can be, outside of God; it's whether or not such individual is willing to turn to him, so that sin doesn't make you the next victim. As in the previous article, no one is good without him; it's just a matter of time when that'll be proven... hopefully, on this side. That way, one can recognize the need to turn to his mercy, and not die in sin.
For anyone can be freed from the "wages of sin," to become God's servant, to live free from it's effects, with the hope of living with the Lord. Otherwise, to go on to "enjoy" looking the other way, rejecting the One who's willing to save, be prepared to ask yourself, "What's next?"
