Here is a another selection of spirits for Father's Day. Johnnie Walker has five different blended scotch whiskies available, each has it's own distinct characteristics that make each truly unique. I've included tasting notes, serving suggestions, and even a little bit of history on each one.

As always I am including suggestions to fit all budgets. These range from a suggested retail of $23 to $220. Be sure to print out the tasting notes and include then with your gift.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label-
Tasting Notes: The nose has hints of smoke, sherry and fruitcake, while the body is soft and mellow with sherry, honey and vanilla notes. It has a bold intensity of peatiness with dark chocolate overtones.

Serving Suggestion: The perfect serve of Johnnie Walker Blue Label is to cool the palate with a glass of ice cold spring water and then take a slight sip of the cherished whisky from a snifter. Serving not to exceed 1.5oz

Suggested Retail Blue $220
Alcohol content 40%

Johnnie Walker Gold Label-
Tasting Notes:
A supremely mellow scotch, with a creamy, honeyed body and a slight caramel and vanilla nose, with a delicate sweetness like no other.

Serving Suggestion:
Gold Label is fantastic when left in the freezer over night, then served ice cold with rich chocolates.
Serving not to exceed 1.5oz

Suggested Retail Gold $85
Alcohol content 40%

Johnnie Walker Green Label-
Tasting Notes:
A smooth, rich taste of spice, green fruit and nutmeg, is accompanied by a fruity aroma, much like green apples and pears with a hint of sandalwood. It has natural notes of the forest.

Serving Suggestion: Best served over crushed ice with an orange twist.
Serving not to exceed 1.5oz

Suggested Retail Green $60
Alcohol content 40%

Johnnie Walker Black Label-
Tasting Notes:
Black Label has a wonderful combination of dry smokiness, with rich malt and peat overtones balanced by hints of cedar and fruit with trademark dark chocolate and vanilla sweetness.

Serving Suggestion:
The classic way to enjoy Black Label is over ice or with a splash of water which helps to release its different aromas. Black Label can also be enjoyed when served over ice with ginger ale.
Serving not to exceed 1.5oz

Suggested Retail Black $34
Alcohol content 40%

Johnnie Walker Red Label-
Tasting Notes:
Rich, fresh and vibrant aroma, with hints of clove and butterscotch. On the palate, it starts off sweet, soft and spicy (balanced by vanilla) but develops a robust, smoky character and has a warm finish.

Serving Suggestion: The only blend that was originally created for mixing, Johnnie Walker Red Label and soda with a twist of lemon or Red Label and Ginger Ale are among the many cocktail favorites.
Serving not to exceed 1.5oz

Suggested Retail Red $23
Alcohol content 40%
